Group training for (young) adults "Living with ADHD"
Présentation
Are you older than 16 years and have you (a suspicion) of AD(H)D? Do you experience some difficulties in your studies, at work, with relationships, in your free time? Would you like to get a better understanding of AD(H)D and what it entails for you as a (young) adult? Then this group training is for you.
Our 5-week group training is designed specifically for (young) adults with (a suspicion of) AD(H)D. It offers an alternation of psycho-education about ADHD, exchanging experiences and learning new skills, such as planning and organising, reducing distractibility and dealing with procrastination.
This training is not a treatment. Our main aim is to provide you with new insights, tools, tips and tricks that can help you deal with AD(H)D more effectively.
Enrollment is open for the training starting on 17 November 2025 via the website of BRUCC (view link below).
This training will be given in English. It includes a total of 5 weekly group sessions on Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Each participant must be present during all 5 group sessions.
Once enrolled, you will be invited for an intake interview by one of the psychologists delivering the training. This intake takes about 30’-45’. Participation in the training will be concluded based on this interview.
