Surfing your emotions
Présentation
Offre disponible uniquement en ANGLAIS
Emotions are part of everyday life, but at times they can feel overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to manage. This group training offers a supportive space to explore what emotions are, how they arise, and how they are influenced by thoughts, behaviour and environment.
The training combines psychoeducation, practical exercises, and group discussion. The aim is not to suppress or eliminate emotions, but to learn how to recognise and respond to them in a more conscious and helpful way.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Over the course of five sessions, you will learn to better recognise, understand, and name your emotions. Together, we will practice:
- allowing and validating emotions,
- expressing emotions in a helpful and constructive way,
- managing strong emotional impulses,
- developing greater self-control and frustration tolerance.
You will also gain practical tools and strategies that you can apply in your everyday life.
