Parler ensemble par petits groupes, s'expérimenter dans le lien aux autres. Apprendre à s'écouter et à écouter l'autre. Se reconnecter à soi, à l'autre, à la nature, au monde. Pour ensuite se laisser guider par des propositions d’expression d'écriture créative pour mettre en forme une histoire vécue et coucher sur le papier les événements de sa vie ainsi que les émotions qui y sont liées.
