Vous souhaitez en parler et être soutenu par rapport à votre vécu ? Vous vous sentez seul.e., déprimé.e, anxieux.se face à cette situation ? Venez partager votre vécu au groupe de soutien pour aidants proches, poser vos questions et réfléchir ensemble aux pistes de solutions. Pour vous écouter, guider et conseiller, 2 intervenants, l’ASBL Aidants Proches Bruxelles et Sophie Szynal, psychologue clinicienne, vous proposent un cycle de 4 ateliers autour de thématiques de réflexion suivantes : - Lundi 24 mars – 14h à 16h: Les droits des aidants proches - Samedi 12 avril – 10h30 à 12h30: Besoins et Limites - Lundi 12 mai – 14h à 16h: Qualité de vie et relaxation - Samedi 7 juin – 10h30 à 12h30: Post aidance: prévenir et préparer la suite Ce groupe de soutien psychosocial fait suite au premier groupe à Evere qui s’est tenu en 2024 mais reste ouvert à tous les aidants proches, quelle que soit la maladie de l’aidé et/ou la situation de vie.
