Deschietere ==================================================== - Frans Eerstelijnspsycholoog Eerstelijnswerker Presentatie ----------- **Psychiatrie de la personne âgée** Cette formation propose une introduction rapide et structurée aux principaux enjeux de la santé mentale des personnes âgées, en combinant aspects cliniques, organisationnels et juridiques. **Introduction à la problématique des personnes âgées** Présentation des spécificités du vieillissement : fragilités somatiques et psychiques, isolement, polymédication, perte d’autonomie, âgisme. **Troubles de l’humeur à l’âge avancé** Repérage des dépressions et troubles bipolaires tardifs. Particularités cliniques (formes masquées, apathie, risque suicidaire). Principes de prise en charge : évaluation, traitements adaptés, rôle du réseau et de l’environnement. **Troubles neurocognitifs** Introduction aux TNC majeurs et légers : Alzheimer, vasculaires, frontotemporaux, corps de Lewy. Signes d’alerte, troubles du comportement, stratégies d’accompagnement non pharmacologiques et soutien aux aidants. **Réseau de soin bruxellois** Panorama des ressources : services hospitaliers spécialisés, équipes mobiles, centres de santé mentale, soins à domicile, maisons de repos et de soins, dispositifs de crise. Modalités d’orientation et collaboration interprofessionnelle. **Aspects juridiques** Protection des personnes vulnérables (mandat extrajudiciaire, administration provisoire), consentement aux soins, droits du patient, hospitalisation volontaire ou contrainte, signalement de maltraitance.
