Développement d'un travail de réseau autour du patient ========================================================================================= - Frans Pour **professionnels** travaillant en institutions avec un public fragilisé, souffrant de troubles psychiques, ce partage d’expertise est également ouvert aux professionnels et **aux pairs et proches aidants adultes.** La psychoéducation permet à des aidants-proches de mieux faire face à la crise qu'ils vivent avec un patient psychotique hospitalisé ou non. Le partage se fait donc via des outils de communication relationnelle, des mises en situation et des informations partagées en groupe. L'inscription se fait par Similes Bruxelles au 02/511 99 99.
