Partage d'expertise sur l' "accompagnement vers le changement".

 **Contenu :**
\- Théorie de l'entretien motivationnel : principes, étapes et techniques;
\- Exemples d'application dans le travail avec les jeunes;
\- Ateliers pratiques : études de cas, jeux de rôle, simulations d'entretien;
\- Évaluation et feedback sur les mises en pratique.

Ce module s'adresse aux trailleurs sociaux du secteur de l'Aide à la Jeunesse (AMO, écoles des devoirs, Maisons de Jeunes, MADO...).

Min. 5 participant.e.s.

Durée: 2 x 2h.

Offre disponible sur toute la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale.
