Par le biais de techniques d'animation collective, l'atelier de sensibilisation vise à déstigmatiser la santé mentale en revenant sur les stéréoptypes et préjugés qui peuvent bloquer l'accès aux soins ("je suis pas fou", etc.). Le rôle du psychologue sera également explicité et permettra de considérer la santé mentale comme partie intégrante de la santé.

**Pour qui?** Un public d'adolescents ou de jeunes adultes. Le travail peut également se faire à partir de chansons sur la santé mentale afin de ramener la santé mentale proche de leur réalité. Des jeux de rôles sont également possibles.
